Aceviewer is accessible on all modern smartphones and desktop devices! You can choose from any Apple phone or tablet, modern Android device or desktop computer. Readers with built in web browsers, such as Kindle, will also work.
Aceviewer can be read using all major web browsers. Aceviewer is also supported on all mainstream devices. The modern versions we specifically support include:

Please correspond with our support staff if your book seems broken. Tell us the title of the book you are having trouble with, and let us know what device you are trying to read it on. The problem will be investigated by our technical staff. Within 24 hours, a support representative will usually get back to you.

Our content is fully dynamic, which means whether you want to play games, read books, or listen to music, any iOS device, Android device or desktop computer will allow you to access our media.
Upon cancelling your membership, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The email will be sent to the address that was used during the creation of your account. You can update your email on file with a live representative. You can also submit a request to update your email through the contact form. Please follow up with a support representative if you do not receive a confirmation to your email. You may also want to check your spam/junk email folder first.

You will receive a confirmation email after you have successfully cancelled your membership, and there should not be any further charges. If there are charges made in error, please contact one of our live representatives immediately, so we can resolve the matter.
You can cancel your membership whenever you please. After you have made the cancellation, you will still retain access to your account for the rest of the term. You will not receive any further billing after you have cancelled your account.

Yes, you are eligible for a refund if:
  1. You experienced technical issues, been a victim of fraudulent activity or you were accidentally billed.
  2. If we do not deliver the experience you expected.

Refund status:
Please expect 24 hours for refunds to be processed. A confirmation will be sent to your email on file. It will take about 3 to 7 business days for a refund or credit to appear in your account.
